Thousands of years ago cats were worshipped.  They have not forgotten.

Hi Everyone!  *waves*

Back from weekend Scout camp and well, we survived.  It could have been worse, I always say.  Rain, but no major injuries and and noone got lost.

Feeling polticially incorrect at the moment, I will say that I have had enough of "special needs" adults who have "special needs" children with horrible, rude behaviour.  END OF RANT.

Sportsdude

hmm funny
what's 'special needs' when I think of that I think of kids with autism and down syndrome.

Lil Me

You're exactly right, SD.

Lil Me

I've had a nap and some dindin, so I feel more mellow and less like complaining about my weekend trip!

Hi Lil Me.......sounds like you had yourself an 'interesting' weekend.  I hear you on the stress involved with 'special needs parents'.

Sportsdude

long day

Good evening everyone.  I seem to miss either Lil Me or Russ... :(((( *single tear*

Oh, I totally understand how you're feeling Lil Me.  I feel that some parents use the "special need" label as an excuse to be rude to others.  NOT GOOD!

Anyways, I finally found a dress for the wedding next month!  YIPPEE!  I got dragged into watching Fantastic 4.  :P  Other than that, weekend has been nice.

kitten

Do you mean YOUR wedding next month, or someone else's, purelife?  In any case, congratulations on finding the right dress.  Sometimes it can be hard to find exactly what you like.

Hey Kitten.  Sorry, I meant someone else's wedding.  Mine would be some time next year, hopefully. :)))

And how was dinner, Kitten?

I had some chicken breasts and am now eating some oatmeal.  I had a craving for oatmeal. :))

Sportsdude

I disagree, unless your a parent of a special needs kid you shouldn't criticize them because its complete hell. They never grow up, they can't of course so when your 60 years old and your taking care of a 40 year old man who has the mental capacity of 5 year old maybe then you'll understand.

Oh no, I'm not criticizing them.  I have patience and understanding for parents with ANY children, whether they are special needs or not.  All that I was saying is that some parents use that excuse to get away with things such as being rude and/or demanding.
