Have you drunk your bottle of wine already?

kitten

No.  I'm aging it until next weekend.

Ah, yes, you did mention something about young spirit, I guess it must just have been too immature - or perhaps, too fresh, too cheeky and too all the other weird qualities which the experts tell us that various wines possess.

kitten

Either that, or I have misplaced the bottle opener!

I'm going to make a bacon and mushroom omelette.  It was supposed to be breakfast, but it looks like lunch now.

Food is food.  It shouldn't have to be a patriotic statement.  If you enjoy it, what difference does it make where it originated?

P.C.

Hubby just hailed me in from the garden to dine on leftover takeout.  Yum.

I think we'll be doing a little roast piggy on the rotiss for dinner.....I'm saving my appetite.  I'm usually ravenous when I work in the garden all day, and that's exactly what I intend to do.

  Mmmmm bacon in the omelette......delish.

OMG peeps...it is soooooo gorgeous outside.  I work tomorrow...so a change into a little something..lighter...and just soaking up the rays is now my plan...screw the yard work!!!!!!!!!!

kitten

Smart move, Ms Pit.  Yard work will always be there, but a day like you're having shouldn't be wasted on it.
