Where is the 'post indicator' ?

It's this thing:  [img]Themes/default/images/english/new.gif" alt="New" border="0"]  It appears at the end of a topic subject when you're logged in and there are new posts in that thread. There's also a small icon all the way on the right, looks kind of like a newspaper. Click on it and you'll get the last post made in that thread.
