Yeah well, there's actually a lot of difference between Santa Cruz types (of which I aspire to be) and Monterey types, which are generally old, white and conservative. But I know what you mean    ;)

In all honesty, I think a lot. I type a lot. I even donate to the ACLU and Amnesty International. But beyond that I'm ashamed to say that my political activity is pretty limited. I'm a lazy bastard.

Funny thing is that republicans always pull the support the troops line on democrats but if I remember correctly the conservatives did anything BUT support the troops during Kosovo and Bosnia.  In fact they were all out against the troops if I recall correctly.
