Where is the 'post indicator' ?

It's this thing:    It appears at the end of a topic subject when you're logged in and there are new posts in that thread. There's also a small icon all the way on the right, looks kind of like a newspaper. Click on it and you'll get the last post made in that thread.

As far as the Topic Summary goes, though, I can only see the very first post of the thread, and not the post after that.
