I think so, LM.  I wasn't supposed to be born in Hong Kong, but if I was on time, I would've been born in Canada.

 Do you get extra privilidges for being born in HK?  (British passport?)

I looked into that LM and supposedly, have to have lived there for a period of several years. I really really really wished that I had HK passport.  It would be nice to have a second passport, legally.

I was even told that my mom was *this* close to miscarriaging me during third trimester.  She was on a ship and it was thundering and pooring where she slipped but was lucky.  I am lucky. )
