This is sooooo funny, and the longer it goes on the funnier it gets. The caller actually owes 72 cents, but Verizon wants to bill him 72 dollars. And Verizon can't figure out why he's actually right and they're dead wrong.
The Verizon Superviser ends up claiming she can't multiply .002 * 100 because she's "not a mathematician". And the funniest thing is that all the Verizon reps keep telling him the correct rate (.002 cents) over and over on the phone, but none of them seem to understand that there is a difference between ".002 dollars" and ".002 cents". Then the Verizon Superviser says there is "no difference". LOL!!!!
