They Do not consider me employable & yet they take there sweet assed time approving my disability status. They wont give me any additional money not until they approve my disability. If they denied me I could of at least begun an appeals process which would of been done at a faster pace than what this has taken me so far. The unit would cost 732 without the applied subsidy. [/span][span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"]I am still hoping that a disability friendly bachelor unit will open up sometime soon so I can move down to a lower monthly rent of 450 to 475 dollars depending on the Bachelor suite. Which ever of the 2 I can get for 30 dollars or less per month. Right now It is Past due & I owe around 80 dollars. Plus I have to return some equipment or they will add another 120 dollar charge to my bill. I do not know how much longer until they will cut me off. I have a hard enough time getting out to get to the food bank let alone take a bus all the way to the Cable office to drop off 1 remote & cable box. My monthly interest is approximately 83 dollars at the current 12% interest rate, well at least I think that is what it works out to be. Math was never my strongest subject. I do know this replacing the entire contents of my past 40 years of life would be next to impossible to do without a insurance. Better to have it and not need it. Than to not have it and need it. If I had the disability approved way back in February of 2009 when I originally applied, I would of had a grand total of 971 dollars every month, I could of survived without going into massive debt. I can not get my apartment fixed or modified with things needed, such as a wheel chair for ambulation. Or for a special recumbent bike that can be powered by the persons arms or byt their legs. Sometimes even worse things happen such as I loose my bladder control because the nerves fire pain through me & times like that I loose the use of my lower body So I lose my legs, I loose bladder control and if I am standing or trying to walk at that time I colapse to the floor like a marionette that has had its string cut.
