Yup.....definitely time.  Our truck has about 320,000K on it.  Heater just went.....we've not put a nickel into it. (well....except for the billions of dollars of gas)   It owes us nothing.  It was my truck for about 6 years....and then hubby took it over.  It's been a really good truck.

wow lots of km in 6 years. Which truck you gonna buy this time, and what was the old one?


No no no.....it was my truck for the first 6 years.....hub has driven it for 7.  It was  Mazda B3000.

  Mazda isn't offering what we're looking for this time around (unfortunatley)....and isn't measuring up well for mileage.  We're going to have a look at the Toyota Tacoma.

Barely even any minor stuff, Lil Me.  It really was good.....no complaints here.  Gas, oil....and a couple pairs of brakes.

Hmmm.....strange.  Hub's pretty thourough with his research, and he found the opposite.  Not a lot of bad comments on the Tacoma at all.  Where are you looking ?

Thanks Michel.....I'm sure Sawdust will be all over that, checking it out.

  A truck would be good for you, with all your trips.  Throw a nice foamy in the back, and you've got a more comfy place to sleep.  If you get one, we've got a brand new canopy sitting here that you can probably have.  Well....it's not brand new, but it was bought brand new, and only used for a couple months.
