 CONGRATUATIONS (sort of).

  The correct answer is...

Cell Phone Charger (AC or DC).

If you have learned anything from this, always keep a cell phone charger in your car.  And take the AC charger/adaptor with you when you go overnight anywhere.

Should I keep a cell phone charger in my car if I don't have a cell phone ?

a charger (recharger in English?) for the cell phone, or a lighter adaptor.

You actually spelled it out correctly.  Cell phone charger is more precise than "adaptor" as provided by P.C..
