I always get nervous when I hear about a friend dating a cop.  I usually think, how long until this happens.  And I know a female cop who left her cop boyfriend for this very same reason - VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN!  Cops found guilty of such should be fired.  Plain and simple.  I have no tolerance for violence... against women or children especially.

Ah of course beating women. Same with soldiers, they live in a violent world and they are minded to beat the crap out of any opposition. Tons of family violence related problem on military bases.

And major alcoholism.  I remember a friend's dad, reflecting on his experience in the military - "I learned two things - how to drink and how to smoke".

At The Depot the RCMP still makes recruits march for hours upon hours.  Totally stupid, paramilitary BS.  How about using that time to study domestic violence?  lol
