I saw that too, Lise.  What a beautiful picture!  How are your babes?  And with your busy life, how the heck do you find time to get on here????

Both Lise Jr.s are fine, thanks for asking. Baby just turned one month old today. Where does time go?

I have time right now because my parents are here. They're awesome but they'll go home next week which means I probably won't have as much time as I did these couple of weeks.

And I'm so addicted to this darn channel, it's hard to switch off. *sniff*

Maybe the bird noises might put the kids to sleep. You know like a sleep machine. lol.

You have to organize them.  Tell them that they have to sleep when you are on DS!  I'm sure they'll listen.  LOL  It wouldn't be the same without you teasing the men here.  You've got what it takes!!!  So glad the babies are fine!

Now I hear those deep croaking sounds.  It has to be frogs, but they must be huge to produce a sound like that!  I thought before that you were talking about that light chirping that seems to go on all night in the background, Lise.

11.02am. The same loud croaking sound. THAT I can't stand.

I agree.  It's a horrible noise.  It seems to have stopped now, though.

So this cam IS in a game reserve.  It is the Nkorho Pan, a natural water hole in the prestigious Sabi Sand Private game reserve.

What a romantic vision, P.C.!!  A few minutes ago I saw orangutans at the waterhole.  They really make weird noises.

LOL. Game reserves are big businesses in Africa.

So....this is totally off topic, but what's with the 'm's in my last post.  I'm pretty certain I didn't type 'm's after every word.....lol

I have found another live cam in Botswana through National Geographic.  The address is [A href="vny!://www9.nationalgeographic.com"]vny!://www9.nationalgeographic.com[/A]  and the place is named Pete's Pond.  There is also a description of all the creatures in the area, with pictures.  A very interesting site.  I mis-identified the primates I saw last night.  They were baboons, not orangutans.
