Very excessive indeed, PC. I always cringed when they do the dental work. In Canada, it's frowned upon when you do that much veneers without considering the consequences down the road. Not to mentioned they corrected jaw surgery without considering orthodontic work but simply slap on a plastic jaw to you. It's all extreme and a quick fix.

  I just don't understand why this show keeps coming back.

It's definitely an issue with many many opinions and it can be difficult, especially for me, to draw the line and such.  I do have to agree with you about how some ladies there do need it.  I'm just saying that it's sad that their kids didn't recognize their moms.  Ah well.

I've heard that its hugely popular in japan/south korea to get your eyelids pin back or something so they have a crease or something.

I like that What Not To Wear Show.  The hosts are okay.  They can be harsh at times, but I guess, some people need that blunt awakening, hey?

 Its -4 C right now outside here in the Lou.  Tonight its suppose to snow 1 to 3 inches right when I go back to work! argh! Not going to Mardi Gras tomorrow too cold and its snowing.  Highly doubt the drunk crazy girls will be out in the bitter cold and snow.
