Guess I just feel I need more experience. But I am also confident too. Just nervous, that is all.

Sportsdude

Hay thanks for all the great Wok advice!!!!11\
I will have to try it out soon!
The first dish I made involved fried tofu and even though overall the dish was just so-so, the tofu was PERFECT. I love it when it's crunchy on the outside and moisty on the inside   *cream*

HAPPY LUNCH!!!

For thou art with me; thy cream and thy sugar they comfort me
Thou preparest a carafe before me in the presence of Juan Valdez
Thou anointest my day with pep; my mug runneth over
Surely richness and taste shall follow me all the days of my life
And I will dwell in the house of coffee forever.

Hey.....yer welcome tenkani.

  I'm a pretty good wokker, if I do say so myself. [img style="CURSOR: pointer" onclick=url(this.src); src="http://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/smilie/konfus/a100.gif" border=0]

Tofu. Ban of my life. YUCK.

Ever tried stinky tofu, Chinese style? Now that's an acquired taste.

SD, am shocked! You've NEVER had tofu before? Well, it's supposed to be healthy for you but for me, it's too bland and rubbery. I just don't like the stuff. Here's a list of definitions:   Definitions of Tofu on the Web:

[FONT size=-1] [LI]Tofu is a soft cheese-like food made by curdling soya milk with a coagulant. Tofu is a rather bland tasting product that easily absorbs the flavours of the other ingredients. Tofu is sold in water-filled packs or in aseptic cartons. It can be found in supermarkets and natural health food stores.
