After a workout, you've got to eat to regain the calories that you just lost.  I always feel so damn hungry after my workout and especially completing the Grouse Grind.  Sugar is all that I crave for...mmmm...choco-late...

I am starving. Today is terriyaki chicken day in the cafeteria. They do a good job but I've had it so much that it's a bit Meh at this point.

I think they banned me at DV, and by "they" I of course mean Academe. Unless Mike was actually online and read what I posted about him!!    :O

  As far as DV goes, I am not 100% sure they banned me but I was unable to post last night over a period of a couple hours. I haven't posted any porn, gore or bigoted stuffs, so if they banned me it must have been for criticizing Mike and his merry men. I'll check in a bit and see whether I can post from work.

  Don't feel bad about obsessively organizing your pics into folders so they are easier to find and upload. I know someone else who does the same thing

    That's a stupid reason to have you ban though. I mean, C'MON!!!! You gotta cross the line when you write porn or whatever. Simply making a comment on how Mike runs his forum is no reason to have you ban. Insanity!!!!!

  Get Orca to look into this mess on your behalf if you can't get in again. Then again if you can't get back to DV, no problems. It's a disgusting black hole and it's probably better if you're not sucked into there.

  Yep. You should try soy chicken. I don't know how to make it at home but it sure taste yummy.

I had subway then a couple grilled cheese grilled cheese sandwiches. Was so tired after work this morning just went straight to bed. Just got back from the boonies. Never going back there again. Got a nice visit from family from Oregon though. Got to start working out again. My cousin dropped 20lbs so I guess its my turn. If I drop 20lbs I'll start looking like those male models plastered everywhere in clothing stores.

Yes I did actually.

Boonies is southern Missouri. Went to the Ozarks.

It was more like driving through rural mississippi at first, you know burned out trailer homes, rusted out cars etc. Then I went to this restuarant and they had an entire wall 50 or so pictures dedicated to 9/11. Except all the photos showed the planes hitting the buildings and the explosions. And in the middle of it was a picture of Bush and a Flag. Its fine to have a picture of never forget or whatever but this was in extremely bad taste. Especially for a person like me who knew people who died that day. And this is coming from people who probly have never left southern missouri. It was very disturbing and sick.
