AHA !  I wondered if that was the case.....as I am an idiot thinker.....and I feel very much affected by cosmic events.

Just popping in quickly to say hi to everyone.  I'm getting more busy and enjoying my new job...lots to learn and do...which I like.

I forced myself to go for a walk.  I picked up yummy sugar-free chocolate coconut clusters from Daniel's belgium chocolates.  They are yummy.

Sugar free ? Wouhou, I should try that as it's probably less fattening.

Yep.  No artificial crap either.  It's the store beside Jugo juice near the corner of Thurlow and Robson.    You'll like it.  Not sweet at all but a bit pricey.

I don't like toblerone, either.

Love toffee (like Almond Roca) but don't like nougat.

Maybe I should try the dark chocolate.

There is a President's Choice "toblerone" at the StupidStore that is way cheap.  Same triangle box.  Saw them around Xmas, so don't know if it was a limited seasonal thing.

I don't like noughat....but you could have fooled me, that it's noughat that is in a Tobblerone.  It has the texture of crushed glass.  pttewii ptewii ptewii !!!!!

I like Almond Roca too.....and I have a recipe that is sooooo good, there is no way you can tell it from the original.

I don't really care for Toberone. I had them melted once in fondue.... NEVER again. There's something to be said about bits floating about in a fondue (nuts, I supposed) that isn't very attractive. I prefer Feraro Roche. That's my weakness.

Ate at Banana Leaf on Broadway this afternoon. Good food and the lunch special is really nice on your wallet. I also discovered they offer a seven course dinner (SEVEN!!!!) for two for $25/pp. Might do this on the week leading up to V-Day.
