What a great idea.  A hammock on the balcony would be perfect.  Can you not install and leave the hardware, but take the hammock down during the day ?

I'd be no good in a condo.  If I were renting, that's one thing.....but if I own it.....I'll have a blasted hammock if I want one.

I've dreamt of a high rise condo with a balcony over looking a bustling street. Yeah, better marry a rich girl if I want that fantasy in Vancouver. lol

I thought you'd always dreamt of a log cabin in the mountains ?

You're very confusing.

 That too. lol
Two distinct feelings. One is being in the middle of something, hearing all the noises and taking it in. The other is serenity and calmness. lol

I've got affection for rural and urban/city. I could live in both and probably will at some point.

Ahaha I had pizza at a pizza place I've always been fond of. Asked for the people to change the channel from the Cardinals game to the Olympics. Almost caused a riot some older guy sitting behind me got pissed that I would bring up such a radical idea. I keep forgetting about the disease this town has with professional baseball. lol

in hindsight I'm glad I let them watch the game til it ended. All the tvs in place were programmed on one cable box. So once I got the staff to switch to the Olympics, all the tvs switched. *phew* Good thing this was a family place or I'd of gotten into a fight.

Well the waitress said "Oh dear, conflict !" lol. I said "It's okay, it doesn't matter they can watch the baseball game." She kept saying "you sure?" I said "Yes, Yes, I'm sure, it's okay."

I was happy anyway, I wanted to see Phelps swim, the game ended 10 minutes before he swam. So both sides won.
