I thought I had posted a reply this morning, but I guess I forgot to click on send message.  I was wondering whether the catkins should be pussy willow, yellow birch, or something else entirely.  And yes, I did have to look up catkins with a picture so that I would know what you were talking about.  I don't have much knowledge about plants, except for the most common ones.

Gooooood morning lunch gang.  

I think it's perfectly okay to think about lunch before 10am.  Sometimes I even think of it the day before in anticipation.  Mostly because I have no idea what it's going to be until I go upstairs.
