It's stuck on the prison island, it's raining all the time, there's no culture there since White trash losers destroyed the noble Native culture and it's 50 % more expensive minimum than any place that would be larger and better build in the rest of the country. These are objective reasons lol but I know that you have no choice already since your mind is set to stay there. Oh and the statue are kitch, typical vulgar type of "decoration". Lol that's not Villa Borghese in Rome, thats a stupid old fart/WASP North American middle class suburb.

Prices are dropping. Wait then buy it, you can then sell your place and pay a [SPAN style="TEXT-DECORATION: line-through"]rent[/SPAN] mortgage to the bank. Then the joy to destroy the warmth of your natural oak cupboard by hiding them under a thick layer of black paint is all yours. ah ah !

OK.....I'm already on the prison island and it rains at my house too. This was no help.

If prices will drop on THAT place, then we can assume the prices will drop on MY place. This was no help either.

The statues are a little much.....I can give them to my neighbours. It may be a suburb, but nestled in 2 1/2 acres of lucious trees, means I wouldn't have to look at it.
