Totally misleading.. NO BUFFET!

It was a breakfast for two voucher.. and if you didnt want the basic breaky, you had to order off the menu and teh voucher was good for 16 bucks.

The sun finally came out.. we went to all the little shops and wandered by the natural hotsprings place.. they pipe it from there to the Harrison Resort and to the public swim pool. We are headed there later.

Heres some pics of the beach.

Hey Everyone!  We're off for Japanese fooding with my parental units.

What's for dinner with everyone else?

Russ- if I remember correctly, the indoor swimming pool at Harrison smells badly sulphuric?

Hey Lil Me..

Japanese was on our minds too.. So there was a Japanese place on the front street and we went there for lunch. Wow, it was 'ok' but hideously expensive.. lol. 15.99 for 4 small pieces of salmon sashimi and four small pieces of tuna sashimi.. think baby finger sized.

Dinner will be some fancy looking place on the water..

Yeah.. the hotsprings are very high in sulphur. The natural ones we went to in the backwoods that I talked about before are like that too.

What did everyone get up to this afternoon? After the shopping for some family, I bought myself a cool pic of the general layout of the lower mainland from the border to squamish and to just past mission. Got the land formations and rivers/creeks as well.

cool. I didn't do anything. Dropped my cousin of at the mall, she got locked out last night, ended up getting a parking ticket. Then cracked open crab legs for dinner. Ate outside. Watched the french elections.

That's about it. Pretty boring. :(

Honestly, not much. It was a very lazy afternoon.  My azzhat neighbour finally obtained the extruded steel security fencing.  Mr LM declined to help with the install, saying "If I even liked the guy, I'd consider helping..." so we slugged around the house some more.

Hi all. Mmmm Japanese & fancy food, sounds good. All went according to plan today. the most strenuous task was starting a fire a few minutes ago, darn thing didn't want to draw. I think a beveridge is in order after all that work Lol. I am going to cook a roast beast tonight and try not to kill it like last nights din-din.

Mmmm roast and liquid refreshments.  Sounds wonderful.

Our Japanese food was totally awesome.  *burp*  We stuffed ourselves.  My family can eat a veritable tonne of sushi- I guess we have good rice-digesting genes.  Speaking for myself, I can eat way more rice than I can potatoes, pasta or bread.

My sister and I have been "cut off" at All You Can Eat Sushi before.

 Bring on the sushi olympics...

I've had the 'California rolls' (?).  But every time I've had the opportunity, they've had a dollop of wasabi or ginger, or something spicy......and I don't do spicy hot.
