hmm for some reason I'm under a flood watch. weird. Snow from Minnesota hasn't melted yet and they give a flood warning.

snow????? what a...?! It's April dude!?

This year we didn't have snow at all, and we usually have it, but this winter, NO! I gotta make some orders for the goods and I'll be back soon...our warehouse is empty this morning...be back

Sportsdude

yeah Minnesota has had some major snow storms this month, we had a giant crop failure. Lost all our wheat because of the cold.

well, as I said we didn't have a snow at all, and not only in my country but in the most of the European countries. I know that the Ski Championship was questionable 'cause there was no enough of snow at the mountains, so they were making the artificial one. We usually do not have heavy winters around here cause this is sub-continental region and slightly Mediteranian, but I remember some winters with a lot of minuse degreeses. But this time, no! The kids were saddened the most but as far as I am concerned, I could live wihtout it. Even for Christmas we didn't have a snow.

Sportsdude

we didn't have snow or cold at all, flowers and trees bloomed in early Feb. and then it went from 30C to -6 C over night a week ago and was like that for a week killed everything off. Got so cold my cat got confused and started thinking it was winter again.

hahahha...funny about your cat! This climate is really, I mean globally, f**ked up! We could expect the snow falling in July....who knows! hahah

It wouldn't shock me. After that cold snap where the entire country east of the Rockies went frozen for a week in the middle of april.

   night shift?

RejdzegejnstdwashM

I also need to go, see you later. I hope I won't be the only one here 'cause it's late night right now where you live. Otherwise I would have to speak to myself all night long....or a day! hahhhhha..see you

Sportsdude

Yeah I basically work a night shift.
But then when I'm not working I don't go to sleep at a normal time so I end up sleeping in late.

Morning Everyone!

Looks like another great day here in Van (out in the sticks).  I actually drove downtown for an appointment yesterday.  I even landed a parallel park on Alberni Street.  Jeckyl closed his eyes, covered his ears and said, "Mom!  Don't hit the curb this time!" seconds before the THUMP.  I swear I should just let the kids park the car.  They have much better visual/spatial orientation than I do.

It was because you were downtown. That place is a curse on Vancouver.

I consider myself ok and parallel parking. I hit the curb but I dont hit the car behind me so Im happy.

I don't know what your talking about, I've never had any problems parallel parking in downtown cores. Oh wait I drive a hatch....

My ADD self came out and I unwrapped my wrist thingy. I can see why the doctor apologized. From the looks of it I've got bruising/inner bleeding on my lower palm and about 20 stitches. yikes. Wish they hadn't shaved my arm, irritating.

Went to watch my sis, at her track meet, I was impressed, she's faster then I thought she would be.
