pl- sounds like you're enjoying it, and that's what counts.

Russ- How was Price Smart?  I've not been to one yet.

Russ- your affliction is contageous.  I just dropped a cracker loaded with humous onto the keyboard.  There's humous stuck in between the "E" and the "S".

I heard that PriceSmart was created so that it could be non-unionized.  It's a subsidiary of Save On Foods.  They can afford to lower prices at PriceSmart because none of the employees are unionized at higher wages like SaveOnFoods is.

I know this because I know someone who works for Jim Patterson Group.

Lil Me

So....what's for snackies and drinkies?  I'm having cheese sticks, crackers, humous, ginger marmalade and some wine.

Yep, when you post in here, you either are eating or thinking about eating.  On the odd occasion, we hijack the thread to talk about rowing, studies, surgerys, politics, education, monkeys, goats, sardines, poutine, etc.

Do I hear thunder outside?  It sure sounds like it....

I don't hear thunder.  I just hear cars.  And the trains shunting around in the railyard.

It was pretty good actually. It seemed pretty cheap to me, but I couldnt tell you how it compares pricewise with the other places.. I dont notice details like that. Umm. I know I paid 1.48 for a 100 grams of Honey Ham and Beef Pastrami. It came wrapped in a resealable ziplock for each one.

 Lick it! Lick it!
