I too like montreal on everything. when I do teriyaki seasoning I tend to throw the montreal on as well as the dry rub.
T bone steak frozen in teriyaki so it sucks it in, then thawed and dry rubbed with montreal. Cooked to a medium rare with more teriyaki on at the end, i usually cook them on a medium heat, and then take them off and put in teh oven for five minutes.. take them out and let them sit for ten then serve.. the meat relaxes and is SOOO tender. I too like to put a runny egg on top, and make either beer onions or mushrooms on the bbq side burner.
