Inspired by Lise, I hit a new multitasking high this morning. I had EXACTLY five minutes to change and get out the door after my workout. So, I decided to shower, eat a banana and listen to my voice mail at the same time.
Lunch today is brown rice, humous and veggie tofu pate.
I need to eat more breakfast, cuz I'm hitting the wall halfway through my workout. I guess the banana, yoghurt, soy milk and coffee just doesn't cut it. Can anyone recommend a protein shake?
