  Yep, it was what I always wanted!  I felt like it was my birthday.  His grandma is going to buy me this double boiler.  LOL, so that I can make lemon meringue pie :))))  (and other tasty stuff)  I don't know what else I can use a double boiler for.

 Unless one is really skilled or patient, the polenta is lumpy.  That's my experience, anyways.  But perhaps you have better polenta.

It's a savoury pudding-like dish made with corn meal.  It's actually really good.  You can make it mashed potato consistancy, or make it more dense....slice it and saute it.  Yum.

Great. Strike another food item off my list of food NOT TO GIGGLE about when shopping.

  Fish balls. I think purelife means those fish meat that's pounded into small balls? Unless I'm mistaken....

Hi!  Evening, er morning.  Back from parking lot patrol (aka Ninja Duty).  Didn't see anyone suspicious.  It was just a night in the parking lot with the cooler and the folding chairs :)
