Lol, too funny. I've had more than a few of those type of things happen over the years. Well earned experience? I can't be too suspicious about a Friday the 13th, I was born on a 13th.

So, what kind of brew is in teh bottle?

I'm just drinking run of the mill (literally) Okanagan white zinfandel.  I make a summer batch of fruit wine every year (the patio wine...) but it's still in the carboy.  My red is bottled (Old Vines Zinfandel- similar to the Quail's Gate Old Vines Foch) but I'm trying to age it 'til Xmas, so I pretend it's not there :)

Good luck on the aging! 8 months, lol, couldn't see it happen here without a large stock. This evenings libations began with a Heineken to wash out the sawdust , follwed by Mr Wisers Rye, my regular. Smoooooth.

You might be jealous, Mr Sawdust, as my Uncle found an extremely old bottle of Wiser's (1970s) that had belonged to his father.  It was served at his father's funeral dinner.  Unfortunately, I had to decline!  I lost a few battles with bottles of Crown Royal and Wild Turkey in my youth, and can't drink teh brown stuff unless it's single malt scotch.

I'm hoping to finish the Director's Cut of Das Boot (once Heckyl and Jeckyl are finished watching Spongebob Squarepants and they're off to bed) tonight.

Jealous? No. That bottle served a noble purpose, too cool. Do try and stay awake for the movie tonight, 2 nights on the couch is murder on the back. Not that I'd know :)

Evening all.

I ended up going to our company's wrap up party to celebrate end of RRSP season.  I was just there to eat and drink and chat with a few people I knew.  Didn't stay there for long.

How are you Lil me?

Lise

Greetings, Missy Lil Me and purelife.

Just got back from Home Depot. Boy, it feels good to be there around this time. No crowds, no hunting down staff members who avoid you like the plaque. I actually had two came up and ask if I needed any assistance.

Going to tackle my bathroom tiles. The grout is coming apart. It'll be my first time doing this.  I bought a kit, seems easy enough. How hard can it be? Remove grout, add on grout and smooth, right? Easy peasy. Got them funny looking gun. Reminds me of our gun that we use to squirt dental materials onto a crown prep.... the theory is the same, aim, shoot and squeeze. Nothing to it. *fingers crossed*[/DIV]

 Hey!

 I'm comfortably numb.

Hope you had a good time at the company party, pl.

Lise- are you re-grouting all the vertical tile, or just repairing sections that need it?  Or, are you scraping the section where the tub meets the tile and re-grouting that with silicone?  Beware the fumes and don't touch your hair (like I did)!

 Hey Lise and SD.

Home Depot has one of the best customer service I've ever seen.  I love my experiences whenever I walk in there. :))

LOL, I did see many hot eye candy guys from my company, but they were more interested in the 'Nuks hockey game. ;)

Oh, you guys gotta click on this.  The man moves where your mouse moves.  Really neat.

Neato!

You must be channelling good Home Depot luck.  I don't have any.  Neither does Mr LM.  He nearly got into a fistfight with the HD manager a number of years back.  But I digress.
