Morning Russ.  I've never had to peel myself off the couch but have dragged my guy off it it to the bed a few times. :)

  Does biminibop that you like to eat come on a cast iron skillet with teh egg, meat, and vegetables? Its Philipino right?

Ahhhhhhhghgghh!!   *droolz*

The real bibimbap (dol sot bibimbap - dol sot means "hot pot") is indeed served in a cast iron thingy. It looks like a giant black soup bowl. And yes yes yes fried egg on top and as much hot sauce as you can stomach is mandatory!!
