Morning Lil Me and Russ.

I just had a few walnuts for my snack.  I haven't decided on lunch yet.

Lil Me

Haven't decided either.  I've only eaten a banana today, so I'm starving.   Maybe a veggie wrap with humous and cheese.

Greetings. Can't hang for long. I haven't had lunch, dunno what to do. So sick and tired of cooking meals that people don't appreciate. *sigh*

Didn't end up going to McPuke yesterday, thank goodness. Unfortunately, hubby went out to get the burgers. Ugh. I just had leftovers whatever. Couldn't stand the smell of the burgers.

Ugh, Good Morning.
Can't believe I slept the entire day!!

Anyway got an email from the admissions lady who was on vacation, she couldn't believe it made you put down a passport number etc. Told me to just put applied or any old number lol.

Tomorrow's my surgery day so I can't do anything tomorrow.

I know how you feel.  I don't know why they wouldn't appreciate all your hard work and love that goes into preparing these meals all day long.  And most of your meals sound very tough to make. :)))  *HUGS*

Lil Me

The age-old question: What's for dinner?  We're having Korean noodles, leftover Chinese pork, some baked salmon and cut veggies.

Thank you, Missy purelife. It's nice to know I'm not the only one. I don't cook gourmet meals every single time. It's nice when you can cook meals that take hours in the kitchen but sometimes you just want to sit down and not do anything. Y'know, make a simple sandwich for dinner but no one wants a simple anything! *grumble grumble mumble mumble*

Anyways, tonight's dinner will be boiled chicken in oyster sauce. Alphagetties on the side for Lise Jr.

Hey there, Ms. Lil Me. Did you make the Korean noodles?

Sure!  I added water and seasoning packet.

*huggzzz* Lise.  I know whatcha mean about people not appreciating dinner!

Your chicken sounds great.  Is it cooked in oyster sauce, or bak jahm guy with oyster sauce on top?

I made this recipe up myself. Seriously. Just boil chicken then add the seasoning which consists of oyster sauce, chicken powder, salt, water and cornflour.

Really, really easy and surprisingly good. I've added this recipe to the rest of my website.
