Oh, these are our neighbours/best friends....and this is par for the course for them.  It's become a standing joke.  They're lovely people, but their plans are always a little shaky.  Well actually they run about an 8.6 on the richter scale.

They work out of town, and will call us to say they're coming home on.....Monday.....wait....wait....wait.  Next day...yeah...well, something came up, but we'll be home tomorrow for sure.  Wait....wait...wait.....well, you get my drift.

  But they're worth waiting for......so we do.

Oh....this goes beyond waiting.  They're also the type that will conjure up these elaborate plans, and INSIST everyone get on board.

DINNER AT THE PC'S HOUSE ON SATURDAY !!!!!!

  A prime rib and prawns await....a full day of dinner prep and a homemade cheesecake.

  6:00 rolls around, and you start sweating.....then the phone rings.  "Aaaa...yea....we're a little bagged tonight....we're just going to watch a movie and pack early...K?"

Yikes, P.C.  I have friends like that- we're veeery cautious about what we agree to do and when, having learned what can happen.  Let's just say, we're not going on holidays together with them anytime soon!

have fun PC...LOL..guess they have no way out of it now eh?  LOL..nah...fug em if they bail on me in any way shape or form..unless I feel it is legit..  Always have a back up plan..as well...it costs too much for a sitter watching my kids..while I figure out what the heck I am going to do

I had the misfortune of watching an episode of Jackass where one guy squeezed the XXXXX from a male salmon into the other guy's mouth, who then naturally started gagging.
