LOL!
I almost did that a few minutes ago.
I dropped a piece of paper and leaned over to get it, expecting the arm wrests to be there like they have been for the last 4 years and almost fell flat on my face. What a world!!!
For thou art with me; thy cream and thy sugar they comfort me
Thou preparest a carafe before me in the presence of Juan Valdez
Thou anointest my day with pep; my mug runneth over
Surely richness and taste shall follow me all the days of my life
And I will dwell in the house of coffee forever.

Hmm don't know where to start on my essays
I've got a report
Compare Short Stories
Evaluate Speeches
Media Presentation
write a short story
so which one should I do, first.

I'd do the comparison and the evaluation first. Those are more straightforward. Easier to crank out correct answers than it is to formulate something creative.

Hey PL!!!!
SD, try doing 10 minutes of stream of consciousness writing after asking yourself that question. Maybe your soul will spill out the answer. Or maybe an idea for great fiction will end up splattered on the page!!

yes, we all aim to splatter on the first page.

Try the short story first, SD - in the form of a monologue (type it onto DS so we can all chip in with our 'guidance' and comments).

yeah the compare short stories and evaluate speeches are the ones I was thinking about doing first.
So I'll do
1. Evaluate
2. Short Stories
now I need to know which one to do after that.
the research paper is a pain but then again so is the media presentation and short story.

I wish the short story was a monologue but they want me to write a story in first person as a flash back. Complicated.

I brought a bag of walnuts from WalMart for super cheap...$4.60something. I heard that walnuts are really reallly good for you. And, so, have been eating them. I have to go there again to buy the almonds.

I prefer...

Thou preparest a carafe before me in the presence of Juan Valdez
Thou anointest my day with pep; my mug runneth over
