Here's where the rest of the family lives. Ain't much but its differnt then the city.

[/DIV]no they don't live on trains but the only pics I could find of the area are pictures of trains and coal docks. They live on farm land.

Road leads to Grandma's house. Levee road. The road is currently out replacing a bridge.

^I don't mean that in a bad way. It just looks like the real America. Nothing glamourous, just real!

Yeah very country. Its a great place to ride your bike as seen in the pics. Completely flat until you get to the levee. Then you get this giant push off the levee and you can go for ages really fast for miles. Did a 8 mile bike ride in about 25 mins in 100 degree weather last year.

I have been through most of the western states. Basically Colorado and west. The pics above made me actually think of eastern Washington. Like south of Spokane heading to Tri Cities area. I use to tour all ove the states just for fun and camping.

Have you ever been to Crater Lake, Oregon? I am sure a lot of western Americans have. It is a cool place. Kind of loaded with tourists, but I love Oregon.[/DIV][A href="vny!://tinypic.com/view/?pic=oqvq4w"][/A]

But you have to watch out for the big one. Like the Flood of 93.

But the people have become idiots.

Some of the most indelible images of the 1993 flood occurred as the Missouri River overflowed into the Chesterfield Valley. This area, which was under at least 10 feet of water, has since become the site of what will be one of the largest strip malls in the nation. Not only has the valley recovered from the flood, it's become one of the region's most dynamic centers of new economic growth. Proponents say such growth is necessary for the region's tax base. Opponents fear another flooding disaster. They did it in the name of capitalism. now they want to build on the other side of the highway. The entier area has been turned into concrete. Remember my hummer rant and I showed pictures of the hummer dealership. Its down there along with the bentley dealership and 5,000 stores. It never stops. Its like they completely forgot. I'll take pics and post them up on here soon. Its a joke. So to insure themselves because what they did was illegal (they built on a flood plain) they built 4 levees. Two by the government and 2 by businesses. But because there is two right next to each other it creates a lake that if it gets enough rain will break the two levees protecting the concrete jungle creating a mini flood without the river over flowing.
