tenkani, you can do whatever the hell you like.

Yes, the granola bar gave me heart burn.  I have severe acid reflux and too much sugar tends to send the acid up and effect my live singing ability. It was probably the coffe too but I can't do without it in the morning.

The singing thing was a jab at Ashley Simpson.  My acid reflux has never, not once, affected my voice.  Singing or otherwise.  What a bad excuse for bad talent.
I actually have a stomach disease and the reflux is a fun addition to my life.  
Not to worry, if the reflux occurs it's usually my fault.  Too much red wine or some other trigger food or allowing myself to get too stressed at work.

Gooood Mooorning!  The weather outside today sucks and so did the traffic on my way in this morning. Phew, okay I'm done now.

So Kitten, I've had some time to think about it and I punish you to five laps around the Hasting Park Race track, riding naked and bare back on a  black horse.
