Sinus help

Hey I am going in for a sinus operation soon and wondering if anyone has had it and if it worked, they are going to cut a bigger opening in my sinus to let it drain but I have been reading that it does not work...

I know quite a few people who have had it and in every case it's proved a success. Good luck and may your problems soon be over.
