Imagine if you got the chicken guts and blood all over your car, or under your car. Would be a nightmare to clean.

The article says that the real winners are large corporations, especially those friendly with the US gov't. I agree with the article... Seems like no one won the war except corporate America.

There's a [A href="vny!://www.searchmagazines.com/news/news-63.html"]CIBC report[/A] saying that the TSX will cross 15,000 by the year's end. Though I'd like to agree, I believe that the report downplays the role of the US subprime sector and it's affect on the Canadian economy. I believe that there's potential for another major correction before the year is up.

 I think seeing a track of a cougar is already as close as I'd like to get. Don't want any face to face pics of a cougar... think I'd be too busy pissing my pants to remember to click the camera. Guess I could throw the camera and hope the big cat's in the mood for playing fetch.

Hey SD, I heard that the blacks in America don't really want to vote for him as he's not Afro-American enough for them. Apparently his dad was from Kenya or somewhere. The black voters would have preferred a more All-American black candidate.  

I was speaking to some friends from Japan this past weekend and they said that Vancouver is still much cheaper than Tokyo. So, I guess that as part of being an international city we'll have to get used to international prices. We're still cheaper than a lot of other major cities, so my guess is that things can only go up.  

I saw a sign recently in downtown Van about filming of the show. Maybe you can run into her on the streets of Vancouver. I've never seen any famous people here despite our reputation as being Hollywood North.

Black bears may have a bad reputation, but I still wouldn't be all alone in the woods hiking and get too close to black bear. They're still wild animals. I try to avoid all bears, cougars and coyotes when I'm hiking. I'll stick to getting close to chipmunks and squirrels.  

Why don't I like you? What sharp teeth you have! All the better to eat tasty hobbits with?  

I read a biased article claiming that [A href="vny!://listings.findfeedback.com/1001/134.html"]Markets Can Only Go Up[/A]. In some ways this article makes sense. There's still so much liquidity in the market that it's hard to imagine the markets not shooting back up. If anything goes wrong the Fed steps in and lowers interest rates to increase liquidity.
