It's a system cleanse that takes 12 days.  You can buy the kit from Save On Foods or a health food store (about $30).  Then, you follow the eating plan (whole foods, less meats, no sugar, etc.), take the herbs in the kit and drink lots of water.  Oh, and stay close to the bathroom!

nah, just trying to be healthier.  I did the Wild Rose detox last spring, and I've found that I feel better if I try and stick to the cleanse diet all the time.

I like beef and lamb for red meat, though I usually eat chicken or fish.
 
 Can't eat most game meat.  I'm a city girl and and wild game tastes "funny".  I've used ground farmed buffalo (very lean) in spag sauce, and noone could tell the difference.

No, the snack seaweed is way tastier than regular nori.  Fried in oil and covered with salt!  So addictive.
