Hmmm how expensive do you want to go? I've got the expert 10m's away. lol

I'm poor, I stick to pubs at that end of the world, I eat on Robson. lol

walked by this place a lot, always looked interesting, almost went in there, but I thought I looked to grungy looking for the place.

Robson is definitely expensive.  No prob for SD....he has $3000.00 a month to spend on food. (//vny!://discoverseattle.net/forums/richedit/smileys/Happy/4.gif)

Robson expensive? Well I must only know the cheap places, because there's places on campus more expensive than Robson.

And where do you go on Robson? I must be blind to the expensive places. I end up at korean places with metal chop sticks and plastic containers for tea. Yeah its real expensive there. lol

Then again, I don't go looking for expensive places.

Koreatown
and this one Vietnamese place on the first floor past Thurlow on the right, its tiny, full of glass mirrors. Then the Greek place by the 70s era hotel. There's cheap underground sushi place off Robson downstairs, don't remember the street.  Look around, ignore the flashy places.

Are you visiting soon, Ms PC? How exciting!

I can't really recommend anything in Downtown cuz it's expensive and generally speaking, I much prefer eating away from Downtown unless I really have to. Maybe go to Gastown (it's not too far from the Pan Pacific) and go to The Old Spagetti Factory. Avoid the Thai restaurant in Gastown, it's kinda dirty and yucky service. Under the Sinclair Building where the food court is located, you can get some decent French crepes. I enjoyed the plain butter one.

Take a ferry across to Lonsdale Quay and snack on some good fish and chips there.

Walking distance to the Pan Pacific....Morton's if you're feeling spendy.  Sawdust would love it.
Otherwise.....Shabusen...all you can eat Korean BBQ at Burrard and Alberni?
 I don't get downtown much.

Btw, stop at Outdoor Innovations and go shopping...

I also forgot to add. Under the Habor Centre, the foodcourt has this place where you can try bison (and some other weird meat) burger. Looks pretty popular but I haven't tried it.

Some cheap pizzas around the West Pender street, about a block up the Habour Centre.
