Post by: P.C. on Sep 18 08 07:38
I found this guys writing hilarious.....similar in style to our TehBorken's writings (which I always enjoy).  (it's a little gross....but still amusing).  It's called.....Steve....Don't Eat It.

yes....I changed the Subject line.  It's too humourous to fall away.  OK.....it's still gross.....but.....

the natto, fermented soy beans, is a staple in Japanese breakfast.  When I was in Japan a few years ago I saw it was pretty popular with asian hotel guests.  It looks and taste nasty but I developed a taste for it.  Its sticky and stringy and theres no way of eating it politely

Oh Lordy.....you ATE it ?

I like the one about the can of silk worm pupas.....where he points that he found it odd that the pull-tab was actually on the bottom of the can, until he realized this is just a time-saver for people who'd rather open it right over the garbage.

There's some pretty nasty looking stuff there.....but it's his descriptions that crack me up.

"On the back of the can is a list of bullet points. One of them is: "Warning! Some people may be allergic to silkworms, and get blotches or break out from eating the contents of this can." Luckily I can't read Korean, so I'm good.

Sadly there is no "Serving Size" listed-- ruining my hopes that the serving size might be zero.

Alright, I've stalled as long as I can. It's time for me to get pupified..."
