Gawd...... kinda morbid these things that are happening around our shores. Makes me NOT want to walk down our beaches. Any of them for that matter.
B.C. severed feet mystery deepens

VANCOUVER -- The Ogopogo. The Bermuda Triangle. Mermaids.
The ocean has always been a trove of mysteries, most of which remain unsolved.
The latest head-scratcher that's leaving everyone from police to oceanographers baffled are a series of sneaker-clad right feet that have washed up on shorelines along islands in British Columbia.
There have been four in less than a year. All feet were wearing socks and shoes. Two of them were size 12.

That one sure IS a mystery. They are suggesting that it may be the result of a plane that went down somewhere up there, and they have been studying tides and flow....but it doesn't explain why they are all.....and only, right feet.
Columbo would have had this figured out LONG ago.

Its got to be the downed plane people.
I think they've established, that the feet have not been 'severed'. However, if they are the unfortunate souls from a plane crash...they've yet to explain why left feet don't float.

It's just rather comical that when I come home, all I hear about is this foot story as the only thing people know about B.C.
Maybe they had the itchy feet problem, and it drove them to extreme measures !!!!!
Maybe it's a new tradition for intimidation from mafia, drug dealers or criminals gangs and the cops are not aware of or it's the work of crazy people and the cops don't want to scare people?
Well, I wonder about that too Michel. I find it to be too much of a coincident to say at this point that they suspect no 'criminal connection'.

Somebody wrote somewhere in some paper I think it was the Globe and Mail about all the MPs under investigation, linked to organized crime, have criminal records etc. Something like 1/3 of all MPs are under ongoing investigations. lol That's just Ottawa.
Off the top of my head The Sun King Gordo is under 3 investigations, his right hand man is on trial, Gordo's been arrested, SG fiasco, passing laws making it illegal for homeless people to vote. lol
Does anybody remember the Cindy James case ? Now THAT'S a mystery.
I remember the day I heard it on the news....Cindy James found dead....hog-tied with multiple stab wounds to her back.....foul play is not suspected.

Then there was never another peep about it. It drove me crazy. I finally came across the book (many years ago).....and was relieved to have the opportunity to find out what really happened.....how or why they could have made such a ludicrous claim....'foul play not suspected' !!!?
BUT.....after reading the book....complete with pictures and diagrams.....it really still remains a mystery (but how they could have made the claim is a little clearer).

People forget that boats go down a lot and people drown with shoes attached. As well, one person jumps of each week per week. There are a lot of feet in the waters around us. The weight of the water-logged shoe helps break the foot apart from the rest.
