For Ms. PC, I found this on youtube. I think it's fairly simple to make.

Hey THANKS Lise !!!! Great tutorial !
FYI, the B.C. Ferries Butter Chicken...isn't really butter chicken. It's a curried chicken stirfry with chutney on basmati with some wedges of really crappy naan. For $10, it's a solid meal and a better bet than some of the old tired menu items, but it ain't butter chicken.
Call me spoil but I wouldn't touch anything that says curry chicken on the BC Ferries. That's not proper food.
I'm pumped about making this Indian butter chicken. I have all the spices that I need (if you want some, PC, let me know and I'll send it to you!) and all that's missing are the chicken, green chillies and cream. Yum!
Who knew that Bertrand Russell lived to 97? Seems that all that book learning and thinking which keeps the brain muscle exercised really does help with longevity!
With an award winning restaurant so close we just get their butter chicken a few times per year.
Hmmm! Sounds interesting.. thanks for the recipe. I will have to compare it against the recipe I got from my auntie.
I agree with the other poster on here.. theres some award winning East Indian restaurants around me that I find I just go to rather than make it myself.. Im lazy like that. Unless its bbq :( <sigh> I miss my bbq.
