I know this is a long-shot, but does anyone know of a stemware warehouse ? Or even if there IS such a thing. I know they have them for replacement pieces of dinnerware and china and also for silverware....so I just thought maybeeeeeee.
I have spent HOURS online looking, and between my pathetic computer and the volume of stuff to go through, I've had no luck so far.
(looking for a replacement wineglass that got a chunk out of it on Saturday night.) [img style="CURSOR: pointer" onclick=url(this.src); src="vny!://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/more/bigs/c003.gif" border=0]
Hmmm...that doesn't look like what I'm thinking...and it definitely looks like somewhere I have to check out next time I'm over. Thanks Michel. (//vny!://discoverseattle.net/forums/richedit/smileys/Happy/12.gif)
I'm so impressed that your're tracking down a replacement wineglass.
The rest of us just drink out of mason jars. lol

Real Canadian Superstore?
Ja. Gotta admire you for trying to replace your dinnerware replacement? I've given up on mine ages ago. My hubby broke two... maybe three plates from our wedding set. I actually found the replacement from Bowring but then they discontinued the plates and I'm stuck with the missing places. No biggie. I just replace with cheaper white plates. With kids and hubby, my fine dinning ware don't stand a chance.

Hey THANKS Lil Me. That's exactly what I'm looking for. (we have a few mason jars ourselves...they even have handles)(//vny!://discoverseattle.net/forums/richedit/smileys/Happy/12.gif)
Lise...the dinnerware warehouses can often replace even discontinued patterns.

I do know what you are talking about PC but I don't remember the name of this place. I saw it on tv once where they have a massive warehouse of every piece of cutlery, dishes, teapots, etc. This place specializes in keeping the odd things so that when something breaks, they are surely to have the one.
The show had this women who had this antique tea set and one of her tea cup was broken. Now, this thing was tough to find but this warehouse found it for her. If only I remember the name....
Sorry Miss PC. I know how it is to have one less of something that belongs in a set.
That's IT purelife. That's what I'm looking for. If you ever think of it, let me know. I've googled myself senseless the last few days.
I found these in google:
