Since most of us here aren't from Seattle (except TehBorken).....we're probably not much help.
But if you click on the DiscoverSeattle.net (at the top of the page on the gray banner), it will take you to a page that has tons of information about restaurants etc. including maps and directions and I think even restaurants in proximity of wherever you are staying.
