Hey TB.....any tips on the Search function here. I've never had any success finding something, even when I KNOW it's here.
Also....as the Search function doesn't seem to want to cough up the info I'm looking for.....I have been know to search page by page. You can only jump 2 pages at a time. Is there any option for a drop down for page numbers?
What are you searching for, if you don't mind me asking? Maybe type in more than one word?
Hi Lise....I was just looking for a topic that I know has been done. Often new threads are repeated, because the old one is impossible to find. The search function has only on rare occasion ever pulled up anything for me.
I was looking for the Pet Peeves thread.....I'm sure it's been done....but can't find it.

Hmmmm, as far as I can tell, it's working.
I went to the Search function in the board and searched for 'peeve' and got 9 results, none in the Subject lines.
Then I went into the database itself and manually searched for the word 'peeve' in the Subject lines. I got no results. I then searched all of the text in all of the messages for 'peeve' and got 9 results. As near as I can determine it's working the way it should.
I'd guess that either there was no topic with a Subject line like that, or else maybe it was removed (I can't imagine why, though). I'll look into making a drop-down for the pages and see if it's possible.

Okay, there's now a drop-down list of pages to navigate with. Let me know if it doesn't work right for or something seems amiss.
