OpenMoko: Linux-based $300 open smartphone
The OpenMoko is a $300, Linux-based open smartphone. Unlike the iPhone, it doesn't come locked to any provider (like AT&T), it doesn't come with any DRM, and it allows you to install any third party application you want. It's still in developer preview, but I tell ya, this could just be my next phone.
