I read your post on DV Tourst.....and I'm guessing that you probably nailed the problem. Your jumbled link may have been mistaken for spam. TehBorken will have a better answer for you in the morning. Hang in there.

That's exactly what it was. Your link appeared to go one place but actually went somewere else (straight to "hotels.com"). 99.9% of the time that's a flag for something "spammy".
Thank you for removing my ban. And thank you for all your help P.C. and reading my post on DV! And thanks to all DVers who helped me contact the moderators here. Sorry to have caused such a fuss. It's just I had never been banned from anything on the Internet before, and I was really surprised, so I just wanted to know what happened.
TehBorken - I don't know what happened with the link... All I did was highlight the text, then use the hyperlink button in the wysiwyg editor and type in the correct URL (not hotels. com) . But when the message got posted, the link was messed up and not at all what I typed in. In fact, I was trying to add a follow up message for my post to see if I can re-type the correct link, but I was already banned by then...
Anyway, thank you and again, sorry to have caused such a fuss.
