What are they? Raindrops on roses and whiskers on kittens?
My favorite things:
When my son giggles.
The smell of my gf.
Opening day at my favorite ski hill.
Music.
Evacuating a city on a weekend.
Wild monkey sex (but not with monkeys).
a kiss on the cheek or neck from my bf when it is unexpected...hugs from my children...my dad...friendly pitbulls....jacked up 4x4's....woods...mountains...rivers...music...
LOL...people...for the most part.
Outdoors
Tinkering with things
social gatherings with friends over
camping.. having set up, sitting around a roaring fire on my heated campchair with a beer in my hand.
Me too on Outdoors.
Watching spring unfold.
The change in the animals as they feel spring unfold.
Watching babies find their voices and their legs.
Learning that learning never ends.
Baby animals.

I have to 'bless' you for this... Thats one of the most truest statements around.
My laptop. Hehe.
Other stuff:
Wonderful partner.[/DIV]
My children doing children's stuff.
Great, delicious food.
Good book.
Wow-factor movies.
Friends.
I don't have a favorite thing... or, I can't think of anything... :( I don't own too many material things....

You don't need material things to have favourite stuff.
So, does family and friends count as favorite thing?
Oh, I like flowers... especially the blossoms over by Burrard Station. The trees are all lined up in a row, side by side and the branches just arc and the blossoms are just beautiful
I love the mountains, lakes, animals, waterfalls, etc.
My favourite things are:
family (Mr LM and the kidlets, not my extended family gong show)
friends
food, drinks and chit chat
hot showers, clean sheets, my orthopedic pillow
books
outdoors
teh adrenaline rush (hand/hand combat, fast running, fast driving, roller coasters, skiing)
AND LAUGHING
You do have a delightful laughter, Ms. Lil Me. (//vny!://discoverseattle.net/forums/richedit/smileys/Happy/21.gif)
Oh, I have to agree with laughing as well, Lil Me. :)) Laughing means that you're having fun. :)
When you laugh, you relax and it makes everything ok.
Yep agree and bless yer. :))
At one job, I'd laugh so much that I couldn't stop myself. I also find that I laugh too much when I'm under lots of stress.
Mind you, TB's favourite activity achieves the same thing.
Laughter is an EXCELLENT one.
There isn't a tonic out there that can make me feels as cleansed as a good laugh.
Warm summer evenings in the hills.
Watching kittens playing.
Cherry blossoms.
Happy people.
Walking barefoot on a newly cut lawn.
Smelling freshly cut grass.
Chewing freshly cut grass.
Oh, I absolutely love to see older people happy together, still holding hands and smacking each other's booty. ;)
There was this lovely older couple that I met and they always make me happy. Just thinking about them, makes me all warm inside. When I was showing them an apartment suite (they were a potential buyer), they were so cute together, still calling each other babe and sweety, still holding hands, still joking and laughing with each other, still have that fire-burning love for one another...they were the most happiest and the most cutest couple I've ever seen.

OMG WEED?
Well, certainly not cultivated flowers - just ordinary blades of grass.
Speaking of grass, do you ever take a bamboo green leaf and put it in between your thumb and blow on it? The sound it makes is kinda squeeky but I used to do it all the time when I was a kid...I still do it now only if I pass by that plant.
Yes, but I've not done it for ages. Thanks for reminding me of this, I'll have go at it this afternoon. The innocent childhood joys never fail to appeal.
I used to do it with a blade of grass when I was a kid.
Did you ever hold a buttercup under your chin?
Sure. Also made dandelion chains.
Yeah, me too....daisy chains...
We should all meet up and do these things.
This all reminds of a trick my sister played on me once. She handed me a buttercup and told me to hide it. Then she took a dandelion that had gone to seed.....the fuzzy ones. She said it will bend all by itself when it comes near where the buttercup is hidden. She proceeded to slowly pass it over my hands....up behind my ears......etc. When she got to my mouth, she made it jiggle a bit and said OH? it's in your mouth. Nope I said. Open your mouth then and it will bend if it's there.
Have you ever tried to spit out a thousand fuzzy dandelion seeds. [img style="CURSOR: pointer" onclick=url(this.src); src="vny!://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/more/bigs/a093.gif" border=0]
Not yet, but then I've not tried poutine.
bless you all. I've been laughing all morning and it's WONDERFUL.
Why not have it as a new middle name?
what? Poutine as a middle name?
Yes, why not?
Lil 'poutine' Me
Sounds good to me!
Lil Poutine-Avocado ME! ;) with a bit of honey.
Funny all my memories are country-farm related.
Summer evening, sun is setting, its hot out but the drive is oh so sweet on the country roads
walking through the fields
driving an atv down the country roads at dusk.
Driving home from the farm at sunset.
Yes, yes, yes Sportsdude!
