What cause you the most distress after you've eaten them?
lactose: large glasses of milk, ice cream, Venti Starbucks latte
Lettuce - and my own words.
Prunes.

Strawberries give me hives.......I eat them anyways.
Peanut butter, tomatoes and bananas (not together) do something weird to the roof of my mouth.....I eat them anyways too.
Brussels sprouts.....I won't stand for them.
Avocado makes me queasy.
Strange about bananas PC, when I was young my face used to swell every time I ate them.

for you, P.C. to eat your sprouts.
The petits choux are very good for you. Try garlic butter :)
lol Lil Me.....I won't sit by while they're around either. I hate to be intolerant, but they just have no place near a fork.
That's odd Gophie.....can you eat them now ?
I find they (bananas and tomatoes) make the roof of my mouth feel kind of shredded. And peanut butter makes the roof of my mouth feel like there's a 'cramp' in it. (???)

Yes ma'am , no problem at all - the reaction lasted about two years and then just disappeared as mysteriously as it came.
Ice cream often gives me a headache. *but I eat it anyway*
blueberry muffins.
I end up sneezing.
Must be allergic
Coffee. Believe it or not. Gives me heart burn even after a small sip. I can only take decafe latte and nothing else.

yeah coffee tends to upset my stomach, made that's due to me drinking it really fast though....
Fried chicken makes me feel like I'm covered in axle grease.
It happens shortly after I take my first bite, so maybe it's all in my head.
I'm the same too. After a KFC meal, I go into this mode where I start seeing flying chicken. I blame the gas given to the chicken before they die.
I'm with you on that as well, tenkani and Lise.
If something is just too too greasy, I feel queasy... OMGTHATRHYMES! ;)

hehehe
Almost forgot, I'm allergic to clams and mussels. Strangely enough, I can still eat lobster and crab.
any type of fast food. Used to eat a bit during university days. Didn't matter where it came from, it left me feeling like poo.
I stay away from it, it is evil! Fast food sucks!
wine gives me hives..............usually when I am in bed
so you usually drink wine in bed? do tell more...

ha..........I meant the hives break out later when I'm in bed
probably the sulphites.
yup.....that's it
Sulphites are mean.
shellfish is the worst ...
I pretty much eat most everything..
except for this issue Ive had since I was a kid with brussel sproats. Those things are gross to me and make my stomach turn when the dish being passed around gets to close to me.
Wow, I cannot believe some people cannot take coffee.. to be honest its what flows through my veins half the time.
yeah, I am not sure Russ. Have you ever seen the world before no coffee? Not pretty!(//vny!://discoverseattle.net/forums/richedit/smileys/Shocked/5.gif)
For me it is fat and grease. Kills my stomach. Even having a steak, it better have every last bit of fat off of it.
Deep fried foods like fries, can't do it.
I love McD's fries. And KFC has some of the best fries too. I'm so weak..........
Costco has good fries too. I had a hot dog and fries yesterday for dinner from Costco. Love that food place. :)
I make homemade fries. Slice potatoes and bake them in seasoning.
Morning PL,
The polish sausage hotdog from their food court? I agree its one of the best hotdogs Ive ever had.. The major complaint I have about this whole thing is that they DONT SELL THAT POLISH SAUSAGE! Weird isnt it? lol.
Have you guys tried yam fries? I've done them in the oven before. Those are pretty tasty alternatives.
What is Polish sausages?? Sounds kinky.
They're polish hot dogs but aren't polish? Yep, their hotdogs are yummy and filling. I haven't tried the calzones yet... looks too fattenning for me. Have you?
Yam fries? Never tried that before. All this talk about potatoes makes me hungry....
yam fries? never tried them, but I bet the are good.
sounds Yammy!....*hangs head due to horrible pun*
lol, the polish sausages are the 'dogs' they use in the hotdogs at costco.. but they dont sell the polish sausages at costco... strange.
Havent tried the calzone miss PL.. Lemme know how it turns out.
EDIT: Yam fries are actually Ive found to be very good. Theres a place in kits that specializes in them... I cant remember where or the name though.
Do they have pork in Polish sausages? I guess if they do, I can't have them.
The Keg do yam fries. If you ask them they will make it for you instead of baked potatoes.
stop it everyone: I WANT FRIES NOW!! Give me poutine or give me death.
LOL Poutine is just too close of a word to...
(ok, I won't say anything... *mind out of gutter*)

LOL, don't tell me that you didn't know what "poutang" was, Russ!
Actually, I thought it was called "poontang". But I'll pretend I don't know what you are referring to, purelife.
(//vny!://discoverseattle.net/forums/richedit/smileys/Teasing/14.gif)
LOL KITTEN! OMFG! I knew I spelled it wrong but I didn't want to google because I'm afraid to do so at work!
I know what it is miss purelife...
I just thought it was great that you liked it! ;)
OMG, this thread is so moist. ;)
Oh, so that's it, I thought it was my fevered brow.
Poutine anyone? *passes plate while stifling teh giggles*
If it's not stale.....
LOL Lil Me. So, you've found a new word that makes you giggle. ;)

Don't know where you've been getting your poutine... Better check the expiration date.
I take it you mean the use by, rather than the sell by date?
oh of course. it's more of a guideline- liability issues and all.
Mushrooms
Several people have mentionned Shellfish. Just wondering if this is an intolerance, as opposed to an allergy. Mr LM feels ooky if he eats too much crab, lobster or shrimp- but he's not allergic. Is anyone else similarly afflcited?
Lampreys.
