[/p][p class="article"]45-year-old Michael Wightman from Newcastle trademarked 'A Place Where Dreams Come True' for his mobile phone porn film company. Disney illegally used the slogun to promote their theme parks until its lawyers were slapped down after a legal challenge. [/p][p class="article"] Mr Wightman's comment: "It's a David v Goliath victory."

Gives them a taste of their own medicine.
Walt Disney took major risks in starting his company. As people laughed at him right left and center at the efforts he was putting into a gimmick -- animation -- he invested everything he had in the first Mickey Mouse cartoon with no guarantees whatsoever that it would pay off.
So, I think it is terrible that some porn producer would beat his corpse.
