Scary indeed. I'm reminded of Al Gore's depiction of the map of Manhattan submerged in water from his film, An Inconvinent Truth. This will make Hurricane Katrina look tame.

lol, so you do what my brother and I said in jest.. you buy four blocks away from the waterfront on a hill.. half the cost of the one on the water and wait twenty years.. beachfront!!
