I collect ancient (Neolithic) jade and have a number of good sized pieces (daos and statues that weigh several pounds or so) but nothing I have comes close to this, the [a href="vny!://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anshan_Jade_Buddha"]world's largest jade Buddha statue[/a]. Sculpted from a single piece of jade, it's ~8 meters high and weighs 260 tons.[em][/em]
