If there was only one flavor of ice cream left in the entire world and you were chosen to pick the one flavor that everyone MUST eat, which of the following would you pick? (//vny!://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/midi/nahrung/a025.gif)

If it were for everyone else, I'd pick vanilla.  If I had to eat it, it would be Maple Walnut.  I"m not really big on the ice cream, but every once in a blue moon, I could do a little dish of Maple Walnut.

Call me plain but I like Vanilla

  Strawberry is my favourite though.

Shoot! I didnt see Vanilla so I chose Coffee instead.

Mmmmm  Coffee ice cream. That sounds like it could be good.

Ohhh! Miss PC, if you havent tried this mouth watering delicious fantastic tasting drool enticing 'Ice Cream' you are missing out. I highly recommend it.

  I made cinnamon ice cream a while ago.  It was good too.

what flavour is tgwpd?? and does it have the same results?

I was wondering the same thing kingy.. I would imagine it would taste like oyseters.

Mmmm.....and licorice.  I forgot about licorice.  My two favourite flavours....licorice and cinnamon.

I suppose you could make that with Sambuca.

HEY.......I just had a great idea.  Why don't they sell ice cream with no flavour, and you can flavour it with your own choices.  I think I'll patent it.  I'll call it ....No Name, No Flavour.

I picked chocolate mint, but I hadn't noticed the coffee flavour either.  Can I change my vote to coffee?  By far the best, except for maybe coffee mocha.

I'm with you on the LOVE vanilla and maple walnut, PC.  I also like (not love) pistachio and mint.  

I like my flavors simple.  

I picked up an ice cream machine at a garage sale a couple years ago.  It had never been opened.  Some kids gave it to their grandfather because he liked ice cream, but he had no interest in making it.

I got it for 2 bucks, and have made lots of different flavours for Mr. P.C.  (he likes his ice cream)

My guy has been wanting to own his own ice-cream/frozen yoghurt maker.  I keep saying "no honey, we rarely cook at home and I don't have the time to make it....." but now, we'll get it soon.  I'd love to make my own frozen yoghurt and ice cream.  I've had homemade ice cream and OMG, THE BEST THING EVAR!  

I hope that I can find one at a garage sale like yourself, PC.  I'm crossing my fingers.  If I don't see one, then I'll just have to buy one.  Those things don't come cheap.  *sigh*  Hmmm, I wonder if Costco.....  *ding* *ding*  

I've never made ice cream but have had home made ice cream good stuff.

I'd like to know where Lise saw "tgwpd" flavoured ice cream?

I don't make it often, but home made ice cream to go with a fabulous dessert, for a special meal is nice.

We did one of our theme night dinners here, and we called it Dinner at St Andrews.  All Scottish fare.  For dessert, I made some Drambuie ice cream to go with the dessert.  It was as close to  heaven as you can get.

Theme night dinners? Sounds really fun. What do you do?

Nothing wrong with Scottish flavoured dishes PC... I like what a part of my heritage ate.. I have issues with haggis though.

  You can buy an ice cream maker from 3 vets for 55 bucks last time I checked.

only thing I can think of thats 'scottish' is hagis.

  I saw "tgwpd" flavor ice cream at Mario's Gelato. I kid you not. It's blue and it was almost half gone when I looked. I guess everyone wanted to try it. I asked my husband if he wanted to try it but he declined. Scared he might get....... *cough cough* all day long. Hehe.

What or where is 3 vets?  Is it a store?  I've never heard of this name....

Really? You serious? Its like THE store for all equipment and help. They have all the stuff and more heavy duty stuff that the other stores dont have, and if they dont have it they can get it. I got my 5 person tent with teh extended fly on top from them. It was expensive but they had that and gave me a discount on other stuff I bought from there.. so it was worth it. Its a cool tent! Another new toy...
